KOO has been providing HUD inspection services for HUD Multifamily Housing developments HUD San Francisco and Denver Multi-Family Housing Departments. HUD Inspector’s duties are to assist HUD/Lender in monitoring U.S. Government financed multifamily housing construction projects. The project budget ranges from $1M to $50M. We are assisting HUD with the field/site data necessary to make informed decisions regarding the construction phase of the HUD multifamily mortgage insurance underwriting and capital advance programs. Our service is thereby supporting HUD/Lender in the review of the construction/rehabilitation of projects and the final approval of the release of loan funds
